You will be tasked with leading the strategic development and successful implementation of the Trust’s school improvement strategy. The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading partnership work across Trust, to realise the improving standards across all of the Trust’s academies. This includes ensuring that everything that the Trust does has a focus on helping children and young people to reach their potential academically, socially and emotionally.

To achieve this, you will embed a collaborative approach whilst providing strategic leadership to support academies in achieving their objectives. A key part the Trust’s Executive Team, the post holder will help to set and develop the strategic vision, values and ethos for each school.

You will be an ambitious, professional with a track record of successful school improvement leadership. You will be able to demonstrate your commitment to implementing rapid and maintained school improvements across our Trust, supported by the CEO and a committed Board.
